We work with several carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. You can see which carrier will be handling delivery when tracking your package. Please note that if your order includes multiple items, they may be sent in separate deliveries with different carriers.
At checkout, we'll show you an estimated delivery date for each item in your order, based on the shipping method you choose, the delivery address, and the shipping location. We strive to meet this date, although in some cases your order may arrive earlier or later. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package.
Shipping costs vary depending on the option selected, the delivery address, and the weight of the order. You can check the exact price before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been processed, it's not always possible to change the delivery address. We recommend reviewing your information carefully before confirming your purchase. If you need to make an urgent change, please contact us as soon as possible to verify if it can still be adjusted.
If your order arrives in poor condition or with an item missing, you can return it without any problems. We will refund the corresponding amount or, if you prefer, we will process a replacement.
